Cancellation before delivery

Requests submitted before service delivery begins may be eligible for full or partial return depending on booked preparation time.

Post-delivery review requests

After delivery, clients may request a policy review within 14 calendar days. We evaluate eligibility based on scope completion and documented service terms.

Processing period

Valid requests are assessed within 10 business days. Approved returns are processed using the original payment route where technically available.
